- Prepare your documents. Upload your CV and cover letter as PDFs, up to 1.5 MB each, and enter your reply email.
- Receive feedback. Dr Roman reviews the submission and sends personal feedback directly to your email.
- Refine and follow up. Use the second submission for your follow-up review.

Your account includes two submissions in total: an initial review and a follow-up. Each submission can include both a CV and a cover letter. Submitting requires an active paid membership; renewing does not promise a reset of the allowance.
